If you are a new client (through referral only) please add in the "notes" section the following details:
Personal information (name/email address/phone number), main complaint you are seeking treatment for and referral contact name.
Once Sophie has been in touch your appointment will be confirmed.
If you are making a booking under "NEW CLIENT" without any of these details your appointment will be cancelled.
